This is my second stay in this hotel which means definitely I like the place. Th staff are very friendly and open to help guests at all time. Whenever come from out side of meet any of them they just greet with respect and ask if we needed any help. Almost each day I received call from front desk asking if I needed any help or how am i doing. They are simply amazing I felt like I'm in home it's really remarkable. In terms of facility they have a gym and a great restaurant. The location is simply very good for those who visit for shopping experiences in Dubai. The place is located near port and souk area so easy access to wholesalers.

Very scenic view of the creek with downtown Dubai. Hotel is very cozy and has great restaurant. Ideally located in the heart of Diera for an experience of vibrant old Dubai.

Hotel was close to train station to get to various areas of Dubai and the Abra port to cross the creek. The room was beautifully done out for the era the hotel was built and great views across the creek. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Unlike the city hotel, this hotel presents Dubai old charms with lots of ornate decor representing the Arab culture. We love it & definitely different from the modern decor that youd get from the new Dubai hotels.

Our experience in the hotel was amazing! The staff is super helpful and kind. As soon as we got to the hotel we were offered Moroccan coffee and dates while we were waiting for our room. The rooms are incredible, a lot of space and an amazing view of the creek and the city skyline. The breakfast was super delicious. Special mention to Lecsi and Omar, both treated us so well that we didn't want to leave. Definitely we would love to stay here when we visit Dubai again.
